Division Chief Klingerman joined Iona McGregor Fire District as a volunteer firefighter in 1979; and began his career service in 1981. John was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 1984, became the Department’s first U.S. Coast Guard captain, and started the Water Operations team with a 16 foot boat and donated equipment. In addition, he organized the first M.E.R.T (Marine Emergency Response Team) meeting. He has earned a BS degree in Public Administration, is a certified Paramedic, and was promoted to Division Chief in 2006. He has one daughter.
Brad came to Iona-McGregor in 2007 from North Naples Fire Department. He graduated in 1977 from York County School of Technology in York, PA with a degree in Auto Mechanics. He currently holds certification in ASE Automotive Technician, Master Medium and Heavy Truck Technician, and Emergency Vehicle Technician. His 33 years, of technical experience includes that of Service and Parts manager of a new car dealership.
Art began his employment in 2003 as Building Maintenance Technician, and was promoted to Assistant Apparatus Technician in 2004.
Gary has been a member of Iona McGregor since 2004 and handles the maintenance and repairs for of our five fire stations.
Sue was hired as a receptionist in November 2003, and received a promotion in 2008. She currently serves as Support Services Administrative Assistant and assists the Finance department as well. She has been married for over 25 years, has one daughter, and two grandsons.
